CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
The Frederick News-Post is looking for a dependable, reliable, detail-oriented person to become an integral member of our Customer Service team. Successful candidate must have a proven track record of success showcasing the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Strong computer skills are a must. You will be responding to both incoming phone calls and emails in a fast-paced customer-focused environment.
This position does include weekends & some holidays. Work schedule would be Sun-Mon-Tue-Wed-Sat 9am-3pm.
