B. Braun Medical Inc. is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. As a Bookkeeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including recording financial transactions, processing invoices, and reconciling bank statements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
  • Prepare and process payroll in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports for management review.
  • Monitor cash flow and assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve any financial discrepancies or issues.
  • Stay updated on relevant accounting regulations and ensure compliance with all financial reporting requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, with advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
